B&H Photo has just posted a huge discount for the K-5 body, and also a small discount for the kit!

K-5 body: $1,485.99 (down from $1599.95)
K-5 kit: $1,718.98 (down from $1749.95)

Unfortunately, B&H does not accept orders until after 6PM EST on Saturdays.  Add the K-5 to your cart and get it then, before the price goes back up!

Last week, we announced that our Pentax K-5 review was on its way.  Now, we're happy to be able to provide you with exact dates for this review!  We're also happy to say that the K-r as well as the new DA 35mm lens will also be reviewed!

Our full-length K-5 review will be posted on Sunday, November 21st, while the K-r review will be posted on Sunday, December 12th.  Both reviews will feature a camera overview, in-depth explanations of the most useful features, a comprehensive list of new features, full-size sample images, and compasion images.  We hope you're as excited about reading them as we are in writing them!

Professional reviews of both the Pentax K-5 and K-r conducted by PentaxForums.com are on the way!  We expect to deliver the first review, which will be of the K-5, in the fourth week of November.  Our professional reviews will feature:
