Very attractive model captured here.
The B&W shot is very washed out, however.

The second one is the one that works the best here. In the first one, the downward angle seems awkward because her chin is blending into her neck. In the B&W, I agree with Ash (imagine that ), too washed out looking. Especially in the mouth area where it disappears into the rest of her face. Some darkened lipstick might be appropriate for her in this sort of shot so we don't lose her mouth.

Wow those eyes!
in the first one her nose is too faded away...did you post process the photos?
That's the only flaw i can think of, the model is nicely captured

My guess is that Sheila has coloured contacts on.

I like the 2nd shot Jorge. I was at the spaghetti warehouse in Ybor City years ago and really liked it.--charliezap

Yes, i did apply some skin smoothing. at home the nose in the first image did seem a little more defined but at work, it is less defined. i didnt apply any PP to the eyes other then a little sharpening. I noticed her eyes when i was shooting and told her how nice her eyes were in which she replied, "Thank You." yesterday i meet with her to deliver a disc with images and notice her eyes are brown.... I am like why would anyone do that, i didnt think to ask what color are your eyes when i was shooting. why would anyone use colored contacts when you are trying to build a port to show potentional clients. what if some one wants to higher her and notices her eyes arent green.... live and learn.

It's all about the 'wow' factor - the impact the eyes have on people is striking. That's what made coloured contacts big (for a while at least in Australia). It's now gone out of 'fashion' mainly due to the irritation it causes to the eyes.
