Circus Park in Bucharest, 30s exposure with B+W 10 stop 49mm ND filter

Wow, that 10 stop ND makes wonders. I like the photo, technically it's perfect. Composition-wise is good as well. Where it lacks, IMHO, is subject matter. But of course we don't always find ourselves in a super-picturesque location. Nice work

Thank you! Yes, I think you're right, that's what bothers me also about this photo, I would have liked a bit more of a story to it, maybe something in the foreground instead of just grass. I'm also a bit bothered about those buildings towards the left (ugly blocks of flats).
