A day in Kananaskis Country
Lens: various Camera: K3 K5 Photo Location: Alberta, Canada
Posted By: Heinrich Lohmann, 10-01-2014, 09:29 PM

Last week I spent a day in Kananaskis, a wonderful Fall day except for the smoke drifting through the valleys but such is life. Here are a few images from that day.

A couple of young guys having some fun in white water

Some Fall landscapes

Rocky Mountain Sheep

If anyone is interested the rest of that day is here: Kananaskis Country Photo Gallery by Heinrich Lohmann at pbase.com

Great scenery !

That used to be a favorite spot "way back when" I was a student at UofC.
That and Bragg Creek ... close enough to the city for a broke student!

Thanks for sharing.

Tank you and you are welcome. It is a lot closer than Banff-Lake Louise, even from Airdrie it's only an hour and twenty to the Ski Area.

Thank you Jer for the kind words, it looked good that morning so I just went. Just looked at Dave's post, they were there a week later, what a difference.

Take care everyone
