It's been cloudy and windy in my area. Long exposure and BW help to keep me shooting under less than ideal light.

B/W really suits it well! You sure found a great vantage point, hardly any sign of "modern" civilization without looking hard...

Looks like the high and low clouds moved in different directions and that even adds more drama to a already outstanding photo.
