The first one looks like an ink cap of some sort, the second like a bolete, though it's impossible to tell without seeing the underside.
Often the only way to be sure is to take a spore print

Thanks! Don't worry I wont eat any based on the comments here, but curious, especially about the second one which had a thick stalk, with a tumeric like color...
