Vulture Checks Me Out

I hike alone in the desert a lot, especially in the summer time. Vultures seem to spot me and follow along. Comforting in a way.

I apologize for the resolution of this pic, taken with my phone. Here are two very brave or stupid buzzards sitting on the entrance to a shooting range.

I would be a bit worried if vulture was following me, maybe he knows something I don't. Good Photo

Nice photo. I think our vultures are different than your vultures. I never find it comforting when one is following or circling above me. It makes me wonder if the vulture knows something that I ...or my MD...doesn't know.

No, they are the same. We have them all summer in Medicine Hat and several times a month they would cross over our yard. They breed in town and at times there are up to 8 in the sky together.

Nice photo

I was implying that 'our' vultures never give me a 'comforting' feeling. Never works when you have to explain.
