the Effects of Erosion on Sandstone

Not really a study just a simple observation when you visit Bryce Canyon, Utah. Wind, moisture and temperature change has a significant effect upon the sandstone bluffs, forming hoodoos, beautiful colors and arches.

I tried a couple of shots closer to the arch and it didn't have the depth this shot had. I guess it is because more of a perspective showing the complete arch. Thanks for viewing, glad you liked the view.

definitely a place to visit and it is only about 60 miles from Zion NP, another beautiful area.
