Civil War Cannon Bird Shot
Posted By: Eastern Shore Charlie, 05-26-2008, 06:16 AM

Is this what they mean by Civil War Cannon Bird shot? Caught this little feller poking his head out of cannon at Gettysburg yesterday....Wrong time of day to be there..bright cloudless afternoon not many shots worth posting but this one made me laugh....

Okay Charlie....

I saw this image when you first posted it this morning. But since I was punchy from NO sleep last night, I was too tired to post....

So... here is what I was going to say...

"When he leaves the barrel go put a grape there and you could have both bird shot and grape shot images."

Well it seemed funny at the time and I was so exhausted

Is there a net downrange to catch him when they fire that puppy off?
