Pretty creepy place - nice shot; I actually like the first one the best. This one would be a good candidate for a B&W conversion.

OK, now how about sepia....

I'd love to see an image of a hot summer day in this place in it's heyday with everyone sitting out on the balconies. It also looks like it would be a heck of a weenie roast if it ever caught fire. It's still has the windows in it and a solid roof... it's a fixer upper. I love the post and beam of the porches and that scrollwork. And the dormers. It's got some architectural features of note. But still it's hard to put money into restoring stick houses, one lightning strike and they're charcoal.

Here you go. Yes, the old structure definitely needs a lot of work. It was surprising there was no vandalism or other damage. All the windows were in tack It would make a great restoration project but very costly and time consuming.
