Tiny fly on dandelion
Lens: Dfa100 2.8 Camera: K50 ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/5000s Aperture: F4.5

As you can see from camera settings this wasn't a serious attempt at macro but after some messing about in LR, and this is basically a 100%, crop I rather like the effect



This was the result of a 'proper' macro shot



I have had the DFA100 for a few years but have never really used it so have a bit of catching up to do.

Excellent detail and DOF. You may not have used it much but you look all caught up to me.

Thanks, I still get a lot of 'rejects' but i suspect that's not unusual with macro
