LOL, nice street shot, vintage aspect as usual for your photos^^
(I thought tea-time was english tradition, not scottish... I love tea, but only green china tea "gun powder" but don't have fixed hours to take it, sometime drink tea while eating, better for health than wine or beer)

Well not sure on that, but it's certainly a show stopper here, tea that is.

And the couple in the back smoking, as a sign of a history of heavy industry? :-/

What a terrific photograph - for the moment she's wrapped herself in her own little universe.

More as a sign they can't smoke anywhere else apart from on the street... for now anyways.

The tea drinker has a very pensive expression on her face. Wonder what she is thinking ? Also she has a couple of suitcases, could she be a tourist ?

There's a myriad of potential correct answers here, for me that's one of the joys of street photography if you can find a wee expression in the moment.

I like to think that she was on her way round, to move in with the Kerrowdown... I notice that you didn't offer that as an option.

My wife says that I'm ever the diplomat....although I admit I was wondering if that thought passed your mind....

Really... I'm finding that hard to believe any woman would ever say that of a man.

It will be "Scottish Blend"... Scottish Blend Tea is no ordinary tea, it's the first tea to be specially blended to match the softness of Scotland's water. Link tells you all about authentic Scottish Blend, so now you know.

Perhaps she does't like the circumstances that forced the travel? But the people in the background are amusing, obviously heavy smokers, dad has soda and cig, mom with one hand holding cig and other towing adolescent child looks mildly irritated and bored, the child also looks bored to the extent that she wants flee their presence. And what is that odd backpack the kid is carriying, not sponge bob, what is that? However as to the lady, I do like her boots, I would wear those!
