Where is that? Such a beautiful collection of spring blooms. Someone's garden I would guess but they sure knew how to plan for the spring.

Would you believe this is just on the side of a main road? Probably under supervision of the municipality but in this country with lots of water and rapidly fluctuating temperatures stuff also just springs up anywhere coming out of nowhere.
