I think she is too busy playing on the cell phone. She had a recording played on repeat advertising the services.
I wish it was sharper, because I think the tongue sticking out a little is the best part of the picture and it's hardly visible.

It's visible enough. I noticed it before reading your comment. She's concentrating, not impersonating Miley Cyrus
