Sekonic l-358 and cactus v5 compatibility

If I connect a cactus v5 to a sekonic l-358 with a PC cord in cord flash mode. - Is the light meter able to trigger the connected v5 when pressing the measure button? Or will it not work and I have to use cordless sync mode?

The v-5 connected to the light meter is going to be on trigger mode while the other non connected three v-5's are receiving Thanks
