Pentax WGIII problem - line on screen

Hi there, I bought this camera last December and all of a sudden now there is a line on the bottom part of the lcd and when I take a shot of something the line is coming up in the picture too. I took out the battery and put it back in and still have the line. Have no clue why or how to fix it. Would be most grateful if anyone could help me.

Can you post a photo if the issue? If the line is always there, both in live view and in playback, then there's most likely something wrong with the LCD screen, an it will have to be replaced. Luckily, you should still have warranty coverage, so send the camera in to Pentax and they will either fix it or send you a new WG-4.

Thanks, at least I know what I'm dealing with. need to go find my receipt now, hopefully I can find it.
