Seems to be a little slow around here......

.......so I figured I'd post something. Recently I spent 10 days in Waterton Lakes National Park and while the K3 did most of the work the Q did get used. Here are a few from the Q S1 and the standard zoom (#2 lens.)

I really like the rain shower photo, shows how one big black cloud can change the landscape. You also made me realize that I haven't been to Waterton since '92, maybe I go back.

Never been there, Heinrich, but your images certainly make me want to go. I like the rain image as well, while the bison images just make me appreciate that we didn't shoot them into extinction. They somehow just "belong" there.

Good job on exposure for the Bison. It's sometimes difficult to get more than a side of black or brown.

The two with the bison could be in a travel magazine; they are so beautiful! They are my favorites!

Excellent images. The rain shot is amazing. Your camera and processing skills are in the master class.
Thanks for sharing and happy Canada Day.

Thank you one and all for the kind comments, the much maligned 02 does do a decent job.

I've done some posting recently, but most of my time has been devoted to wandering around actually using my cameras. For example, I spent the past ten days on a vacation trip, most of which was spent in a place called Quebec.
