can't you just :
1) go back to 1.10 (or 1.00) w/ hacked ROM (couple of bytes changed to fake the version),
2) overwrite hacked ROM immediately w/ with genuine 1.10,
3) adjust,
4) reinstall genuine 1.30 back (adjustment will stay)
