Cactus trigger for Pentax

Hello,

On the other site there's something about Cactus launching a new TTL radio trigger for Canon, Nikon and Pentax. Price: $55.

Probably you can find more information on http://www.cactus-image.com/ - but that site is very slow so I wasn't able to verify.

Old news.

There is already an extensive review of the Cactus v6 on these forums,

and lots of related discussion in the Flash area of PF.

In the OP's defense, the review was about a beta version of the trigger.

True, but it passed out of beta and into production ages ago.
I bought a v6 myself some time ago. DPR is very slow off the mark on this.

It is not actually TTL, it's manual, but it uses the old analog TTL quench timings to provide remote power control over speed lights. The system is ingenious and works amazingly well, but if you're looking for a TTL solution, you may be disappointed. I have two V6s and two RF60 flashes, and they are backwards compatible with the Cactus V5 transceivers, though the functionality is limited.
