Please show me some photos taken with cheap and/or legacy lenses to Canikons

I am in a bit of a debate with a Nikon fanboy on another forum.

I would love some great photos taken with affordable lenses.

I will give credit when I post them.

Thanks. I will also be posting this in the macro section.

And aside from Pentax being a great system, this board rocks.

I hope he does not mind to mention, pinholecam takes amazing pictures with manual lenses. https://www.flickr.com/photos/29329237@N07/sets/72157632230948606/
Of course, if you want to re-post them somewhere, ask the author first.

Here is my Helios 44K-4. I paid $40 and something (don't remember) for the Zenit with that lens together.

You're welcome. For the sake of debate I don't think however it's productive to convince someone who is comfortable in own believes even you show tons of great pictures with old manual lenses. My son used to laugh that I waste money for junk and Pentax. Now he asks my junk to play with. And I'm afraid he liked my new K5iis too much...I prefer he keeps laughing.

The debate is not for him to switch, he feels Canikons are the only choice for serious photography.

I just feel that there are more choices than that. I have no desire to convince him to switch.

There is an option to search the galleries here by lens:
Pentax Camera & Lens Sample Photo Search Engine - PentaxForums.com

Here's 106 pages of K and M lens photos there (direct link not possible).

You already lost the battle... when going against fanboys there is no such things as victory...

Btw, if it helps and find them worthy, in my signature there is a link to my PPG account.
Most of the pictures I have are taken with legacy or manual glass.

It's not the fact that they're canikon fanboys, it's the fact that some people firmly believe that the quality of a picture is dictated by how deep your pockets are.

Single In January a couple of years back with a $12 or so M 28 f3.5

And my most popular photo on flickr (Trite imo a cat shot.) but it's sharp, good bokeh and hits composition rules nicely - shot recently with SMC Super Takumar 55 f1.8 ( a really fantastic lens easily found for well under $50 - maybe attached to a good working film camera like mine was)

Which is funny, because only an unserious superficial thinker could have such an idea...

In my mind this guy is already proven that he's a gear junkie not a serious photographer. No matter how much he howls and shouts about it...

If you give Hemmingway a new fangled ink pen that can write in space and ask him to 'test it'... do you think it would work and that he could write something cool with it?

I personally like gear discussions up to a certain point, because I do learn stuff from that...but I like talent discussions much more.

Pulled a semi-random sample from my stuff, trying to tag a different lens for each shot.

Sears 75-260mm (rebadged Tokina)

Sears 28mm macro (probably a rebadged Chinon)

Pentax-M 50mm 1.4

Sears 300mm f/5.6 (another rebranded Tokina)

Sears 70-210mm (no idea who made this one)

Sears 135mm macro (maybe a Chinon?)
