Some of you may have heard about the massive fire that happened this week in Edgewater, NJ, that took down the Avalon Apt complex, on the banks of the Hudson, directly across from upper Manhattan (it's so close that it's more like an appendage of Manhattan). I live right by the Avalon, and went out after the fire was extinguished to document the horrific aftermath. It was a bit rainy. I took a Pentax K20D with a SMC Pentax 16-45 f4.0. Although I have more modern Pentaxes, there is something about the feel of the K20D that no other camera seems to have.
