Has anyone purchased from opteka.com

Hi all, was wondering if anyone dealt with them and if they were a legitimate vendor?
There are some lenses on there that I've been eyeing, but I cant seem to find any reviews of the site.

They do have several lenses available on Amazon with several reviews if that helps.

I have one of their lenses, so they do exist. The lens, 650-1300mm T-mount, is only a "fair" performer.

Opteka is one of the many brands under the Korean manufacturer Samyang's umbrella .Other brands include Rokinon,Bower and a couple of others. Samyang has been in business since the early 70's and jumped into the slr market then.For any years they suffered a poor reputation which was probably undeserved and have made many lens types. In the last few years they have blossomed into an attractive brand and have been marketing several well rated lenses.As with any lens maker they have dogs and gems in the line up, bang for the buck they stack up very well and do have lenses that out rate Nikon,Canon,Sigma counterparts as rated by major review sites .For photographers on a budget ( and are n't we all?) they can be a good deal if you do your homework.
