A question though... How do you make the model to pose for you? I mean, what instructions do you give them?

He just tells the bug "Pose or SQUISH. Either way, I get the picture"

It was a cool morning, best time to catch bugs because they are not very active then. I think this is a picture wing fly. Don't know if it was just doing some exercises to warm up or what, but it kept moving both front legs up and down, out and in. I took several shots and caught it at the right time. Here's one when it had both legs pointed out.
