Truly amazing contenders, wow. Can I just say that this community never ceases to impress me? Just a couple days ago I was reading a thread in which the subject of discussion was which Japanese (optical?) engineer had designed which lens, and if those particular people were still working for Pentax, and which were not. A seemingly obscure discussion that might lead a passer-by to think forum members here are some ultimate form of camera collectors, and nothing more. And yet the images here have truly moved me. I'm in awe of just how amazing some of these images have aligned with the contest subject, almost as if the line "Just Waiting" breathed even more life into them...

Looking forward to the next set of finalists,

#9 and #10 stand out thematically; probably #10, photographically.

#3 and #7 are for me the only one in the theme of the contest, and thus are worth voting for.
#8 and #10 just do not display (probably hosted on a server which is filtered by companies' proxy)

All of them are very beautifull pictures though!! Congratulation everyone!
