I choose #9. I also think it would have more impact as a monochrome.

To me, most of these show "decay" not really "junk". I liked number 1 which is junk and 4 second. I too think 9 would have been better in monochrome. These are always hard to choose. All nice images. This time I went more with what really shows "Junk".

#5 for me. As previously commented, most show decay with little or no reference to "junk".

This is a challenging theme. A few entrants need to step away from the HDR sliders.

#9 had the best composition and potential, but it is over-exposed. I can't vote for a poorly exposed photograph any more than I could vote for an out-of-focus photograph - regardless of how great it could have been. I have to vote for what is submitted, the way it is submitted.

My favorite is #2. Love the light and it is interesting. My eye just wants to explore the scene. Well done.

I love the juxtaposition of the natural and artificial.

I have learned English in the Netherlands when I was 15 .If I,m correct,ther is no JUNK ,only decay.So ...nice pics....no nomination.

I think you're not correct.
Junk mean "old or discarded articles that are considered useless or of little value". I have heard "junk" many times. This word suits to machines especially, so photos with junk cars should be nominated for sure. Photos of places, houses and interiors should have another category.
