K1 and External Flash Firing Delay

One of the first tests I did with the new K1 was test it with the AF540II flash to see if the delay in flash firing was similar to K3 and K3II. I am happy to report that the flash firing delay appears to be gone and the K1 appears to provide very good flash performance (so far).

Yes, I have the same report. Seems to work great.
