Hi, do I understand right this has a Pentacon Six mount?

If this is the case then after reading THIS I am not sure if it will work ok at infinity focus with Pentax 6x7?

The reason I ask is that I am thinking about using a shift lens on my Contax 645 for which I already have a Contax 645 to Pentax 67 adapter but not a Contax 645 to Pentacon 6 adapter that looks like it would be hard to find and is probably also quite expensive?

So hope you donīt mind if I ask what camera was used to take the photo of the pagoda in your ad and if you used the camera in vertical or horizontal orientation.

And also if this lens shifts 12mm in either direction same as the Super Rotator or more?

Can't answer for the OP, but as a Pentacon Six lens user, any P6-mount lens will work on your Contax 645 because the Contax register distance (64mm) is *smaller* than Pentacon Six (74.1mm) which means the 10.1mm adapter will fit in between the lens and your camera. Also, the adapters (which are called "Pentacon 6 to Contax 645," not the other way around as you have) are around $30 and readily available on eBay. If you really wanted to use this lens on a Pentax 67, well, that's another story...

Hi, I mounted this lens on my Pentax 645n with an adapter for the temple photo above, shot landscape orientation. I believe that was about 9 or 10mm of shift to correct the verticals. This lens will shift to 12mm. The lens rotates with click-stops every 15 degrees, so once it's mounted on your camera you can shift up, down, side or diagonal (although, Im not sure why you would shift diagonal . Panoguy is correct. You should be able to get a Pentacon 6 to Contax 645 adapter to use it on your camera. Thanks both of you!
