This was my "go-to, grab shot" wildlife lens and has been sitting on my front seat for years. I would be keeping it in my camera bag except I was lucking enough to snag an SMC Pentax FA*200mm F4.0 that I have been trying to buy for years and I already have a DA*60-250mm, so I have the 200mm range pretty well covered. This is one of the cleanest FA*200mm F2.8s you will find and it has had a "skylight' filter on it since I bought it.
I am including some extras with my old friend: a Custom Lenscoat cover set, Value $79 US, Lenscoat Snoot Cover (hard front), Value $13 and a B+W 77E KR1.5 skylight Filter, value $57 US. and the lens comes with the original packaging and case.

This is an excellent lens for large mammal wildlife or "Field Sports" close to the sidelines, the bokeh is fabulous wide open. With the Lenscoat "Snoot Cover" you can leave the lens cap off, and the hood on in the extended position and you just need to pull the cover off and you are ready to shoot.
This lens ranks amongst the sharpest lenses Pentax have ever made
