Almost did not make it today, as I got stuck with a breakdown-with 14 young people in the bus. Phew-luckily I had a few Christmas Cards available.

Took a major effort by my wife, my daughters-in-law, and me to get this Christmas picture of my 2 grand-daughters (born 26 days apart). It left me with great empathy for professional photographers of children.

I nearly didn't make it today either. I tried to shoot a few christmassy pictures in town while I was picking up some shopping, but none of them were keepers. So, I ended up going with this one: I know it might seem I have something of a theme here, but it is really more about my using these Christmas preparations that I need to do with the kids anyway because I fail to be creative during the day. That is my excuse for the "kid's theme". The "poor lighting" theme is just a consequence of no daylight and me having a strained relationship with flashes...

Anyway, baking "pebernødder" - gingerbread nuts, sort of.
