Thank you for choosing me from Challenge #205. Hope everyone had a great New years and apologies for delaying this a bit, its my first time, and I hope you enjoy this one.
The Shot:
What Amazes me is the amount of data that can be retrieved from a K1 RAW file.
I am sharing a DNG (sorry no jpeg for this one since it clips out a lot of data) of a place I love to Shoot. This is an early morning shot of the Hunza valley in the Karakoram range. On the right is the Himalayan ranges and on the left you have the Hindukush ranges.
What I am looking for is proper extraction of darks and highlights, with a seamless blend of mids. It should not look HDR'sh, and should have proper black and white points without much clipping. (hence no jpeg, unless you want to blend 2 jpegs )
Everything else is up to you. i.e. Crop, Color balance, adding elements etc.
