Don't think you can set W30 to shutter priority. Closest you can probably get is sports mode. Keep in mind any camera can only do so much with the light its given. Once a camera opens the lens aperture wide open the only other things it can adjust (light wise) is the shutter speed and (on digital camera) ISO. You don't want to raise ISO so camera is probably running out of light. That means it can't set a higher shutter speed. If the camera is opening the aperture wide open then shutter priority can't help at all (unless you want underexposed pics). This assumes no flash use.
