Longtime Lurker, First Time Poster

Hey all,
Just introducing myself to the forum. I've been shooting with a Pentax K5 for about a year and a half now, and purchased a K3 earlier this year. Browsing this forum has destroyed my bank account, but at least I'm having fun buying lenses!

My normal photography style is getting candid portraits at social gatherings... I've sort of become the defacto photographer whenever my friends have an event. But I'm trying to branch out into some other areas of photography. I have a lot to learn and look forward to improving my skills.
