I keep lookin' at this....and wondering? What does it mean? So....I thought I'd just ask?

de gustibus is usually used in the context of 'no accounting for taste' so I assume the OP has had some sort of dispute over a photo - perhaps someone who doesn't appreciate squirrel pictures

I get it now! Elusive Gallery...that's what threw me off.

People exist that don't appreciate squirrel pictures....? I learn something new here every day!

So it is his "Suggestion" here that people start appreciating squirrel pictures? Not a bad suggestion!
