Non reply to e-mails

Hi,
I have paid for two filters from Enigmaticca and he will not reply to my e-mails regarding a tracking number.

If you haven't received a reply to a PM or e-mail within a reasonable amount of time, I would file a claim with the payment processor. This should minimally prompt a response from the seller. Hope everything works out at the end of the day!

I have purchased a couple filters from Enigmatica, never had any problems.

Hi Adam,
I have just filed a complaint with PayPal.
He has been on the Forum numerous times since I paid him on 19/06/2016.

That is disturbing to hear. When I sell something; I immediately send the tracking # to the buyer; not really an excuse not to do this. It gives the buyer peace of mind, and also when to expect the item to be delivered.

Hope you get this resolved soon!
