I love the photo of the mare. Why not take a print out and tack it up in/near her stall? It would be nice on the wall of your home as well, of course, but may as well let the subject get a little enjoyment out of it.
She's just a paddock horse (if i put up a shot of her near her I reckon she'd eat it ... hahahaha) ... I have been meaning to go through my shots and select some of the better ones ... and take it down to my local camera place and get them printed out on matte if i can.
I just need the time to sit down and do it.
Next time out driving I am going to take the 105 with me ... I found the 28 was good for a lot of cases ... but I kept getting dashboard, bonnet in most of my shots. It was good for on a go driving shots using the hyperfocal markers though.
I'd like to get more loading dock shots ... but the problem is I'd get weird looks in Sydney holding a camera and taking a shot here and there ... I try and get most of my shots on the sly (as quick as possible).
