I never just said there were "few commercial apps" if you read the whole sentence I said for "
basic photo processing apps" so for the average photographer.... I think we are discussing two different things, I was always talking about SOHO apps as bibblelabs is and I congratulated them for breaking the mould.. A few of those other apps I listed also only/mainly distribute their apps through web downloads like bibble does, but they still don't take the time to provide Linux versions. Just Mac and Windows.
Again, either bundled or those applications that get most of their volume from SOHO sales, not industrial ones.
Again thats fine, I was always talking about basic photo processing apps, like the OP would have used. You brought up industrial applications as a response to say I was wrong regarding there being less commercial apps for basic photo processing (with the exception of bibblelabs) that most users would use..
It is a strawman argument at this point. I don't deny your point about industrial apps, I was just never talking about industrial apps.
