Incidentally, I also purchased a Slik Sprint Pro whilst on vacation in Ireland last year, but I definitely wouldn't contemplate fixing my K10D with D BG-2 grip and heavy Tamron 18-250mm lens on it, as IMHO when fully extended it's simply not sufficiently stable enough for such a task !
