None of my friends do photography on a weekly basis so I don't see a camera pointed at my face very often. I'm quite camera shy, but I think my posing would improve if the shots were taken more often.
Most of my friends are camera shy too and don't want any photos taken of them.. unless they're drunk. I'm also quite shy street shooter, I don't want to point my camera at unknown people.
