well done, but you should change the title to 'ubuntu'. Because most people using linux don't use ubuntu.

Im compile RT in Linux Mint 17.1 64-bit KDE.
My bulid should work on Ubuntu based Linux distributions ...

no, I meant your thread title. Ubuntu is not linux. Even with a lot of ubuntu based stuff out there. Ubuntu is not that big. Not compared to redhat/centos/fedora and SLES/SLED/opensuse.

So I just installed 4.2.156-1.1.x86_64 on Fedora 20.

However it does not display the files when the gpu driver is set with 10 bit truecolor.
I have set the gpu driver's color depth back and verified that RT is OK for 8 bit.
