the Samsung comes with a 2 year warranty , it has a easier menus, less keys to press, it shows the exposure setting on the lcd in live view, and with memory prices getting low and lower the difference between DNG and PEF will be no consequence soon!

The K20D is supposed to have Enhanced Dynamic Range , but it has been shown to cause more noise in dark areas on images

You could probably flash a GX20 to a K20D and visa versa, the cameras are functional identical it`s just a few Pentax features are not enabled on the GX20.
