I rang the wholesaler in my nearest city, Adelaide, and he said he has no trouble getting Pentax gear for distribution to retailers. Go figure.
Yep even seeing Pentax advertising in Perth and even during the Formula One racing on TV the Sigma Lens ad proudly announced that there mounts were available for Canon, Nikon, PENTAX & Sony - perhaps sigma know something many of us on here don't.
