Indeed, it has well known 10,2 Mpx Sony sensor.
So no Live-view in K-m model. Also it features slightly faster FPS - 3.5.
And new button - help

And the greatest feature - ~1600 snapshots with full-charged.
capture modes - like in K200D

Don't ask how I know that

It is a great cam, for great snapshots and at a great price.
