Ok, I know, some of you do not like baby pics, others dislike selective saturation etcetera. But all the same I request for help. Please help me getting this image better. As you can see, this little baby is sound asleep. He's a son of a friend of mine and I want to give her something special.

I wanted to do something with that dreamy atmosphere. Did I succeed? Is this better than a normal/straight shot? And if you like it: which effect do you prefer?
