Adorama has a good return policy. I rank them just behind BH overall but their prices are sometimes a little better on lenses but not on other things such as accessories. I got a used lens from them about 6 months ago that had iris issues. They paid for the return shipping and gave me a refund.
Edit: Adorams sells a few grey-market items, but they are clearly marked.
