Between various family members gifts, I got myself or got the following:
--Tenba Shootout medium rolling backpack--I got a very sweet deal on this one! After the rebate check comes in, this backpack will have cost me just under $100.

--DFA100/2.8 macro lens

--Lightroom 2 upgrade--can't wait to try the graduated filter

--Optech Tripod strap
--Tamrac filter pouch
--A couple of books:
Amazon.com: Digital Photography Outdoors: A Field Guide for Travel and Adventure Photographers: James Martin: Books Amazon.com: Macro Photography for Gardeners and Nature Lovers: The Essential Guide to Digital Techniques: Alan L. Detrick: Books
In addition to the books I already got, I ordered a couple more LR2-related books to help me learn it better. Most of my learning has been by doing, so I figure that having a couple of good related titles will help me get a better overall picture of what LR is capable of.
Amazon.com: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2 How-Tos: 100 Essential Techniques: Chris Orwig: Books Amazon.com: Photoshop Lightroom 2 Adventure: Mikkel Aaland: Books
All in all, a very good Christmas...and I'm not just referring to the gifs.
