| Civil War Reenactment this weekend!! Battle of Prairie Grove Reenactment, December 6, 2008 - December 7, 2008 The original battle took place on Dec. 7th, 1862. Website: Prairie Grove State Park features intact Civil War battlefield, exhibits and tours I'll be there with the long glass and the usual assortment of gear. It's quite a spectacle!
