Unfortunately, that print size is going to be very much a custom print. You were probably quoted on a 20x30 print.
Having said this, 67 bucks seems like a lot for a 20x30 too.
If I don't want to take on a job for someone, I will quote it out high enough that they either go away, or else they are paying me well for my time and frustration. Perhaps there was a bit of that going on.
