Maybe it has already been discussed but why is this sub-forum still called "Pentax 645D and Medium Format"?

Well, the 645Z does count as Medium Format, doesn't it?
It was worse when K-01 lenses had to appear in the "Pentax SLR lens discussion" sub-forum.

Because that probably would make sense, for me I have zero interest in digital cameras. So having MF Film forum would be fantastic.

I just visited there ...and nothing is happening. This 645D medium format sub-forum is not a specific pointer to MF, especially analogue. There does need to be better differentiation e.g. a new name "Medium Format Pentax 645, 67, 67ii" etc.

It's just a simple matter of someone starting a new thread. The current one started by Nester was film because there was no MFD at the time. And when the 645D came out the title was changed.

I don't mind digital and film together. A good image is a good image no matter what the medium but I'm sure there are still some old-school thinkers around that think what camera took the picture is more important than the image itself.

That's true, but there is a sudden rush of "test" images lately. The drop in quality is why I stopped checking the photo thread and get my photo fix in different places.
