Best way to keep and protect films?

Well after I dry films, I saw many water spots and some dusts on film negative. idk how to remove it tho. In fact, I can not remove entire photo flo things on film negative before I dry them all.

Yep, those are water marks. You'll need some sort of negative cleaner on them after they dry.

To prevent them do a final rinse in photo Flo mixed in distilled water and run hot water for a few minutes in the room you are drying them to settle the dust and close the door and not disturb them while they are drying.

What he said.

Using Photo Flo and mixing it up using distilled/deionized water is the key. If your tap water has a high mineral content it may cause water spots even with Photo Flo. Dust prevention is the part of the equation. If you have running water in the room where the film will be drying making a little steam as above is helpful. It also helps to close the heat vents.
