S-1 Clip-on Meter Repair

I was given a VERY beat-up S1 clip-on meter. The rotating guide is out of alignment, it has a huge deformation, and the meter cell is non-responsive. So it's not worth paying to fix and probably not worth fixing at all, but for fun I want to give it a go. I cannot figure out how to get the top off, though. I can't find any guide on how to repair it or dismantle it. It's this meter, for reference:

It's been a while, but as I recall besides the screws on the sides toward the rear, the bezel around the front photocell needs to be unscrewed to get it apart.
